Job Details

Seeking a highly experienced Kinaxis Team Lead / Solution Architect with a strong background in Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro to lead the design, development and lead a team of consultants and developers in delivering high-quality supply chain planning solutions. The candidate will be responsible for team leadership, solution design, configuration, integration, and stakeholder management while ensuring best practices are followed in all Kinaxis Maestro implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical knowledge of Kinaxis, coupled with strong solution architecture experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Kinaxis consultants, developers, and support staff. Allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure timely project execution. Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Act as the solution design authority for Kinaxis Rapid Response and Maestro implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.

Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders. Ensure alignment between client expectations, project goals, and solution delivery. Support change management and user adoption for Kinaxis implementations.

Oversee end-to-end Kinaxis solutions including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, and capacity planning.

Leverage Kinaxis Maestro capabilities for automation, optimization, and orchestration of planning workflows.

Lead the integration of Kinaxis with ERP systems (SAP) and other enterprise applications.

Translate business requirements into functional Kinaxis solutions. Configure and customize Kinaxis Maestro workflows to meet client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of experience working with Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro.

Strong background in supply chain planning processes (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Control Tower).

Proven experience in leading teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.

Proven experience in solution architecture, design, and delivery of Kinaxis-based solutions in large-scale global programs.

Solid understanding of data modelling, system integration, and configuration within Kinaxis.

Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP) and integrations with Kinaxis.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
