Labvantage Admin

We are seeking a highly motivated LabVantage LIMS Administrator to join our team. The LabVantage LIMS Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to support laboratory operations and data management needs.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain the LabVantage LIMS system to meet the specific needs of our laboratory.
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel to understand workflow requirements and implement solutions within the LIMS.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LIMS users, including issue resolution and user training.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data integrity guidelines applicable to our industry (e.g., FDA, GxP).
• Support integration efforts with other laboratory systems and instruments to facilitate seamless data flow.
• Monitor system performance and implement performance optimization strategies as needed.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in LIMS and laboratory informatics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X years) as a LabVantage LIMS Administrator or in a similar role within a laboratory setting.
• Strong technical proficiency in configuring and customizing LabVantage LIMS, including modules such as Sample Management, Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), and Quality Management.
