Labware (LIMS) Site Administrator

We are looking for a Labware (LIMS) Site Administrator to support our client on-site in East Hartford, CT. You will be helping support the development of this new system.

Services Responsibilities and Expectations:

Interface with customer to gather User Requirements

Design, configuration, unit test, and deployment of LabWare Products

Design and implement interfaces with external applications

Implement instrument integration with the LabWare products

Work with LabWare Global Services Support for maintenance issues

Develop and maintain superior LabWare product knowledge

Ability and willingness to work independently and with a team

Provide consistent OOB designs for clients and avoid excessive use of LIMS Basic

Be able to create and design blueprints for the conceptual system before any development or configuration begins

Technical Skills:

5+ years experience designing, configuring, and deploying laboratory software solutions

Database knowledge (Oracle / SQL)

Citrix knowledge

Expert in LIMS Basic

Additional Requirements and Soft Skills:

Bachelor s degree or higher

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Possess a familiarity with laboratory workflows

Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Positive attitude, ability to motivate customers and establish credibility

Be able to organize meetings, keep meetings in order, define agendas for meeting with clear goals, actions and deliverables
