Job Title: Large Format Print Production Operator
Location: Cedar Hill TX 75104
Pay Rate: $ 15.27/hr. on W2
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM CST (Overtime as required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Large Format Print Production Operator to join our Graphics Production team in the Sign Department. This role is responsible for producing high-quality printed signage and graphics for tradeshows, exhibits, and other design requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wide-format printers, finishing tools, and graphic production workflows. A strong eye for detail, quality-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate large/grand format printers (e.g., EFI Vutek) and RIP software
• Print, laminate, mount, trim, and package large/grand-format signage
• Follow detailed job tickets and work orders with precision
• Apply vinyl graphics including setup, weeding, cutting, and mounting
• Ensure consistent print and color quality throughout production
• Maintain daily equipment logs; troubleshoot and report issues as needed
• Maintain proper inventory levels of materials and supplies
• Safely handle graphic tools, substrates, UV inks, and solvents
• Perform quality checks at each stage of production
• Prepare final products for shipping; create custom packaging when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as directed by management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3 5+ years of experience in large format digital printing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong knowledge of RIP software and color management
• Comfortable working with roll-to-roll and flatbed printers
• Experience printing on a variety of rigid and flexible substrates
• Ability to troubleshoot file issues and make on-the-fly adjustments
• Skilled in Macintosh and PC operating systems; Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet tight deadlines

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels
• Occasional overtime and flexibility with work hours required
• Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
