Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Launch Darkly Developer with expertise in .NET, Angular Web, and Python to design and implement end-to-end feature management and deployment patterns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in A/B testing, blue-green deployments, and feature flagging using LaunchDarkly, and will play a key role in enabling modern release strategies and continuous delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage feature flagging strategies using LaunchDarkly for .NET, Angular, and Python applications.
Build end-to-end patterns for:
A/B Testing to measure feature adoption and user behavior.
Blue-Green Deployments to enable zero-downtime release strategies.
Feature Flag Management for controlled rollouts, canary releases, and experimentation.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate LaunchDarkly into CI/CD pipelines.
Define best practices and governance models for feature flag lifecycle management (creation, rollout, cleanup).
Monitor and analyze feature rollout impact, ensuring performance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
Troubleshoot and optimize integrations across multiple technology stacks (.NET back-end, Angular web front-end, Python services).
Document frameworks, patterns, and playbooks for scalable adoption across teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong development background with .NET, Angular, and Python.
Hands-on experience with LaunchDarkly or similar feature management platforms.
Proven expertise in implementing:
A/B testing frameworks and experiments.
Blue-Green and Canary deployment strategies.
Feature flag-driven development in enterprise applications.
Experience integrating feature management with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of software delivery best practices (agile, DevOps, continuous delivery).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of observability tools for tracking experiment outcomes and deployment health (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, ELK).
Experience with performance testing and telemetry analysis for A/B test validation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
