Job Details

Our client, a large government integrator located in Washington DC, is looking to hire a Systems Architect for a 12-month onsite contract with the chance to extend. The Lead Appian Developer will design, build, and maintain scalable applications across the full software development lifecycle. They will translate business needs into technical solutions, lead customer solutioning sessions, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in implementation, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of technical leadership experience
  • Appian Certified Lead Developer
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • SAFe Agilist or SAFe DevOps Practitioner
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
  • Track record of leading and managing successful Appian implementations
  • Deep experience in developing and managing Appian workflows, user interfaces, decision rules, and data models
  • Thorough understanding of and experience in software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodology
