Responsible for the creation and quality of the following deliverables:

Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the system analyst team members and the process of how requirements are collected.
- Develop documentation templates for the project.
- Conduct and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with the client.
- Collect requirements and create detailed specifications that include business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Create user flow diagrams.
- Collect data field needs.
- Review requirements with the client, collect feedback and update documentation as needed.
- Guide the development of new components and translate requirements as needed.
- Conduct product demos with clients to ensure objectives have been achieved.
Responsible for the creation and quality of the following deliverables:
- As-Is & To-Be Processes
- Detailed Requirements
- Detailed Non-Functional Requirements
- Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Use Cases
- System Context diagram
- User Research Guide
- Functional Specifications
- Wireframes
- Attend Client meetings as needed.
Required
- 15 years of experience minimum
- Expert with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with requirement gathering tools/project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, Smartsheet s, etc.)
- Familiar with wireframing/process flow tools like MS Visio, LucidChart, Visual Paradigm, SmartDraw, Axure, etc.
- Worked with reporting tools like SRRS, Cognos, Tableau, BI Reporting, etc.
- Collected requirements on large-scale implementations with hundreds of thousands of users, thousands of screens, and complex integrations.
- Familiarity with data and data migration processes of multiple sources
