As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Technology Global Finance Technology Team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

As the Head of Communications for the Global Finance Technology organization within JP Morgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic communication initiatives, designing impactful content, and leveraging data analytics to drive organizational objectives. This position demands a proactive leader with the ability to manage communication strategies, craft compelling content, and utilize data insights to support the organization's goals.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that effectively inform, motivate, and engage over 1,500 employees, senior technical leadership, and key business partners.
  • Design and create content for various communication forums, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and recommending solutions that support service, operational, and cultural goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-product teams to develop consistent voice and narrative structures across products and services.
  • Lead strategic communications while developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to support operational programs and track key performance indicators.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making within the Global Finance Technology organization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Proven experience in a communication leadership role within a technology or finance organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to design effective content architecture, organizing and structuring content for enhanced user experience and easy navigation within products or websites.
  • Expertise in written and verbal storytelling, crafting clear, engaging content that effectively clarifies complex concepts.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
