Description:
Our client and leader in Financial Services, is seeking a Lead Information Security Engineer that will assist with transformation efforts in identity and access management processes. This individual will assist with providing solution designs and consulting support for Credential Management, Identity Governance and reporting working very closely with engineering teams and Enterprise lines of business.

In this role, you will:
support the IAM Organization in knowledge and alignment with Information Cyber Security (ICS) and IAM organizations for access needs.
Deliver process consistency across business EIT supporting Access Management initiatives
Works with a variety complex applications and/or application initiative.
Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible factors.
Assist with solution design to streamline and modernize credential management and identity governance capabilities for applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders throughout the organization.
Serves as the highest level of information security consultant to all internal clients, technical management and lines of business to ensure conformity with corporate information security standards.
Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff
Successful candidate will work closely with the various stake holders within IAM, Information Security Management, Risk Management, lines of businesses and technology leadership across the enterprise in the execution of the WF strategies/objectives.
Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to effectively engage in a matrix-ed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas, and have a strong operational focus
Provide security consulting on large projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information, security policy, and standards
Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for highly complex security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, credential management, Identity governance and directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security
Review and correlate security logs
Utilize subject matter knowledge in industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement one or more components of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management and access management
Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
Lead a team to achieve objectives

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of experience in the CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault - (Nice to have) Identity Governance, MFA, Virtual Directory Tools and technologies.
5+ years of information technology applications and systems experience
5+ years of experience working with SDLC, devsecops, agile, including supporting and/or using tools.
5+ years of experience in the Identity & Access Management technologies.
5 + years of experience developing and integrating with various credential vaulting, identity governance tools, reporting, and analytical tools
5+ years of experience working with developing solutions for integrating various components
5+ years of experience in developing integrations using API .
5+ years of architectural design and planning experience
5+ years of experience with one or more of the following Credential Management and IGA tools: CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, SailPoint

Desired Qualifications:
Understanding of the financial services regulatory environment.

Strong customer relationship management skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to think both conceptually and detailed as needed.

Excellent documentation and communication skills (written and spoken)
Expert analytical skills with a keen ability to see how to translate needs of the teams into tangible deliverables.
High level understanding of various development technologies, development environments, and infrastructure.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
