RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Lead E2E Tester to join their team.

Summary:
This individual will be acting as the liaison/lead tester between teams that are working on integrations and will be focused on bridging the gap between teams that are supporting large initiatives. This person will be partnering with multiple groups and assisting with communication between them, the workflows, performance testing, prioritization, documentation and will be responsible for recognizing and removing any dependencies. This individual will be in part acting as a tester, but also a product/project manager along with communicating to stakeholders, escalating blockers, scheduling triage calls, and be a natural problem solver. The E2E Tester has been growing quickly in the organization and has been seen as a huge addition to the client.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of Quality Assurance Experience
* Experienced in end-to-end testing of software applications (not a singular app, but in complex environments)
* Experience with microservices architecture
* Experience in large complex enterprise environments
* Broad technical knowledge (app dev, cloud, testing, product/agile etc.)
* Strong ability to communicate with the business, stakeholders, product, engineering, etc.
* Ability to act as a project manager/product owner while being responsible for testing
* Ability to write basic SQL

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
