What we offer:

Competitive Weekly Pay: base pay of $18.50 per hour plus commission PAID WEEKLY

Paid Training: Paid in-house and in-store training. No Air Conditioning Knowledge required.

Work in a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about Air Conditioning upgrades, maintenances, repairs, indoor air quality and energy savings. You set the appointment and our expert comfort advisors and technicians handle the rest!

Stores located in Port St Lucie, Jensen Beach and Stuart

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the Mechanical Air Conditioning brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings at the Riviera Beach location
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
• Must be 18 years of age
