Job Title :Lead Integration Support Engineer (WebMethods & Control-M)

Location: Culver City, CA (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Employment Type: Contract (W2 / C2C Open)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Integration Support Engineer with strong expertise in WebMethods and Control-M to support enterprise integration platforms. This role involves hands-on development, administration, support, troubleshooting, and migration activities across middleware and scheduling environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in WebMethods Integration Server and Control-M operations, along with strong UNIX and enterprise systems knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

WebMethods

  • Strong hands-on experience in WebMethods development and administration
  • Work with Integration Server (IS), Broker, Universal Messaging (UM), MWS, BPMS
  • Analyze flow services and BPM models for troubleshooting and optimization
  • Handle deployments, including package migrations, configuration updates, and hotfixes
  • Support maintenance and migration activities
  • Work with Oracle DB, UNIX/Linux, and SSL certificates

Control-M

  • Monitor and take action on job failures (kill, force-complete, hold, rerun)
  • Configure and manage SAP and UNIX jobs
  • Perform calendar updates and workload policy creation
  • Install, upgrade, and manage Control-M agents
  • Support PagerDuty integrations and alerting configurations

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with WebMethods (IS, Broker, UM, BPMS, MWS)
  • Strong experience with Control-M scheduling and administration
  • UNIX/Linux systems knowledge
  • Oracle Database exposure
  • Experience with deployments, migrations, and production support
  • Excellent troubleshooting and support skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or media environments
  • Experience with middleware modernization or platform migrations
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead support efforts and coordinate with multiple teams

Work Environment

  • Onsite role (Culver City, CA)
  • Standard business hours with occasional off-hours support as needed
