Our client is looking Lead Java Developer for Contract project in Denver CO (Hybrid) and below is the detailed requirements.

Job Title : Lead Java Developer

Location : Denver CO

Duration : Contract

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Must have a 6+ years of Java, including experience with Java 17 or greater and 6+ years of Spring and Springboot
  • You should have a 4+ years of Spring Data JPA and 2+ years of Kafka, including understanding of Producers and Consumers
  • Strong Experience in Microservice Architecture, Object Oriented Design (OOD),Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Strong Unit testing experience, including JUNIT 5
  • Good Experience with Cloud technologies Google Cloud Platform or AWS, Spanner and Postgres experience a plus
  • Strong Experience with application monitoring, Dynatrace and Kibana
  • Good Experience with application debugging
  • Must have an Angular experience a plus
  • Gather business requirements to develop services for Loyalty applications.
  • Perform Application development using React JS, Angular, Java spring boot
  • Provide Test Driven Development.
  • Build and facilitate the integration of DevOps principles into all development.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Provide guidance and maintain IT hygiene for Loyalty applications.
  • Identify and incorporate any new security standards that may be required to protect customer data.
  • Resolve Production issues, provide bug fixes and solve identified problems in application code.
  • Follow Agile and Scrum software development methodologies during project development and project communication.
  • Design, development and support of Physician facing web and mobile application.
  • Work with the Product Owners to review and understand the business requirements and functional specifications
  • Work with client and database developers
  • Participate in architecture, design and code reviews
  • Work with QA and CM team for code build/releases, test case design and defect resolution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to adapt and contribute to a fast paced and agile application development. SAFe experience a plus
  • Adhere to project schedules, proactively resolve and or escalate issue to management
  • Team Lead experience a plus
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Experience with working with offshore teams a plus
