Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer with over 12 years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, AWS, and SQL, and a strong ability to lead technical teams and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, AWS, and SQL.
- Manage the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainable and secure code.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD processes and ensure smooth deployments.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into development practices.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate project progress and technical insights to stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, AWS, and SQL.
- Proven track record of leading complex software projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
