Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Full Ownership of Assembly Segment
Take complete responsibility for a defined section of the assembly line, including all WIP (Work-in-Process) parts, subassemblies, and finished goods. Manage parts inventory and ensure order accuracy and completeness. - Schedule Communication & Coordination
Act as a central point for communicating the daily ship schedule to internal customers and suppliers to ensure availability of defect-free parts in a timely manner. - Production Reporting & Metrics Ownership
Track and report on key performance indicators safety, quality, productivity, usage on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. - Safety & Quality Assurance
Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and product quality standards. Address and correct any issues that arise within the assigned area. - Team Leadership & Development
Supervise assembly team members through training, coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution. Conduct performance reviews and enforce company policies. - Process Improvements & Line Design
Empowered to redesign the assembly line as needed to meet productivity targets and improve efficiency. - Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with fabrication, purchasing, planning, quality, and other stakeholders to mitigate delays, bottlenecks, and inventory issues.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Typically, a High School Diploma or GED is required; technical training or relevant experience preferred.
- 2+ years of manufacturing and supervisory experience strongly desired.
- Core Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Leadership and ability to manage teams toward deadlines.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of product design, fabrication, paint, welding, and material handling.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00am 2:30pm or 3:30p,
Pay: $22.00 per hour
