Overview
The Marketing Innovation & Enablement team at AT&T is hiring a Lead Product Technology specialist to support the Marketing & Growth Organization (MGO) and drive the advancement of MarTech platforms. This role is responsible for integrating, automating, and optimizing both legacy and next-generation marketing systems. Success in this position relies on strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative solutions that connect data, improve campaign effectiveness, and accelerate time-to-market across the marketing technology stack.

Success in this position relies on strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative solutions that connect data, improve campaign effectiveness, and accelerate time-to-market across the marketing technology stack.
Responsibilities Include
Product Ownership & Platform Management
- Serve as the product owner across platforms, ensuring to drive AI workflow automation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
- Manage backlog, provide triage support for platform-related issues, maintain and enhance platform reliability, and lend operational expertise to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day performance.
Technical Solution Development
- Assess functional requirements from stakeholders and vendors translating them into clear technical specifications. Develop automation, data pipelines, and API integrations to ensure seamless data flow across marketing tools. Create or update system and technical design documentation.
Performance, Analysis & Reporting
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to inform marketing strategy and measure platform ROI.
- Analyze campaign metrics, define KPIs, and craft insights to optimize marketing initiatives and deliver on objectives.
Governance, Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance requirements are met throughout the platform lifecycle.
- Promote agile operations, data hygiene, metadata continuity, and platform scalability.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business teams to translate functional requirements into actionable technical enhancements or net new capabilities.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and promote end user adoption of the platforms across the organization.
- Influence training, communications, and best-practice guidance to end-users.
Innovation & Trend Monitoring
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies in marketing operations and knowledge management for future scalability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data analytics, data science, engineering, business, marketing, information systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product ownership, platform management, or marketing technology delivery.
- Direct experience with MarTech platforms, marketing workflows in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion, and digital asset management (DAM) system integrations and automations.
- Experience with knowledge management systems such as Stravito, SharePoint, or similar.
- Proficiency in developing automated data pipelines and API integrations across marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with SQL and Python for marketing analytics and automation.
- Data warehousing experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure).
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization/reporting tools.
- Background or certifications in SAFe agile operations and technical project management.
- Ability to automate manual processes and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
