Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RPA Lead to spearhead our enterprise automation initiatives, transforming how we operate through smart automation and process excellence. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking technologist with deep hands-on expertise in leading RPA platforms (such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere), strong BPM experience, and a solid grasp of AI/ML technologies. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for designing scalable solutions, leading development teams, and aligning automation with strategic business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions.
  • Define automation roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to accelerate automation efforts.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of developers and analysts.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and architectural discussions.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into workflows for intelligent document processing, chat automation, and decision-making.
  • Leverage NLP and OCR tools for unstructured data processing.
  • Model and analyze and optimize business processes using platforms like Appian, Pega, or IBM BPM.
  • Work closely with process owners to streamline and digitize workflows before automating.
  • Promote reusability, scalability, and maintainability across bots.
  • Monitor bot performance and apply analytics to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and AI.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and IT teams.
  • Translate business problems into technical solutions with measurable value.
  • Communicate automation value through demos, dashboards, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in RPA solutioning and development.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with two or more RPA platforms and their product suites (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere). Experience with Blue Prism is a must and exposure to 7.X is good to have.
  • Good knowledge of BPM platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega, IBM BPM, or similar).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., KoreAI, Azure Cognitive Services, ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, Google Vision, etc.).
  • Experience with document processing, OCR (e.g., ABBYY, Tesseract, or other IDP tools), and NLP.
  • Proficiency in integrations: REST APIs, databases, and enterprise applications (Mainframes, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Programming/scripting experience (e.g., Python, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript).
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • RPA Developer/Architect certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced, Blue Prism Developer).
  • Familiarity with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Power Automate Process Mining).
  • Experience with cloud-based automation (Azure Logic Apps, AWS Lambda).
  • Exposure to agile delivery models and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $ 73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
