Senior SAP SD / OTC Project Lead
Location: New Jersey (On-site Piscataway or Bridgewater)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior SAP SD / OTC Project Lead with strong project leadership experience to join a Technical Services team in New Jersey. This role will lead SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) initiatives, including blueprinting, solution design, configuration, custom development (RICEFs), and production support, with a strong emphasis on intercompany processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP SD / OTC projects across the full SDLC, including blueprinting, design, build, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Drive business analysis, solution design, and configuration for SAP Sales & Distribution processes
- Develop and manage RICEFs / WRICEF functional specifications and oversee custom development activities
- Provide functional expertise across Sales Orders, Deliveries, Pricing, Returns, Service & Repairs, EDI, and portal integrations
- Support intercompany processes, transportation management, and FI integrations
- Debug and support User Exits, BADIs, and workflow enhancements
- Collaborate effectively with on-site and offshore teams
- Communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD / OTC
- Strong Project Lead or Project Management experience with multiple full-cycle SAP implementations
- Expertise in SAP ECC SD configuration and SD FI integration
- Experience with intercompany processes, Service Management, and RICEFs
- Solid understanding of SAP tables, business processes, and operational troubleshooting
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP Solution Manager
- ABAP debugging and enhancement experience
- Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
- CRM experience
