RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Lead ServiceNow Developer to join their team.
Summary:
The ServiceNow CRM Implementation Lead will play a hands-on leadership role in the implementation of ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM), Sales Order Management (SOM), and Lead-to-Cash modules. This individual will partner with an external ServiceNow-certified partner during the MVP build phase and then ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams for long-term ownership. The role requires a blend of functional leadership, technical configuration expertise, and project delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow CRM modules
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and align CRM solutions with business goals
* Configure ServiceNow platform: workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, entitlements, SLAs, knowledge base, portals, and dashboards
* Oversee and review customizations
* Manage integrations with related systems
* Collaborate with external ServiceNow partner during MVP build and ensure deliverables meet standards
* Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams to enable long-term ownership
* Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and alignment with upgrade best practices
* Act as CRM subject matter expert, providing guidance on CPQ, order management, and lead management processes
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with at least 3+ years focused on CSM, SOM, or Lead-to-Cash modules
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration tools (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI policies, workflows)
* Familiarity with CPQ, order management, or sales process workflows
* Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) for custom configurations
* Proven track record as Implementation Lead on at least one full-cycle CSM/CRM project
* Strong stakeholder management skills; able to lead workshops, translate business needs into technical solutions, and present to leadership
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on mentorship and knowledge transfer
ServiceNow certifications preferred:
* Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Implementation Specialist - CSM and/or Sales & Order Management
* Application Developer (a plus)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
