About the Role
We re looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to guide a high-performing team in delivering scalable, innovative, and AI-powered software solutions. This role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership, giving you the chance to architect robust systems, mentor engineers, and shape next-generation applications.
What You ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, driving delivery of high-quality products.
Oversee solution design, technical architecture, and system optimization.
Make key decisions on buy vs. build vs. open-source software (OSS) adoption.
Build applications that integrate Software Engineering and LLM (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
Translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
Ensure coding standards, architecture guidelines, and security best practices.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct design/code reviews and drive Agile ceremonies for timely delivery.
What We re Looking For
Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
Proven expertise in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with LLM engineering and API integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
Strong track record in solution design and technical architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Good to Have
Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with MLOps and AI model deployment.
Hands-on with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) environments.
