Job Description

THE POSITION: The solution architect is responsible for designing the overarching technical vision of EVERSANA's Omnichannel offerings, building the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. Working closely with the Product Manager and Director of Development, this role designs, describes, and helps to manage the overall capabilities of the omnichannel ecosystem and each of its parts. This role is responsible for contributing to business and functional requirements, adhering to company and industry standards. Candidates for this role have intermediate to advanced experience with solutions involving components from Amazon Web Services and marketing automation platforms.

The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and is aware of US laws and regulations pertaining to sales and marketing activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our people leaders are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

  • Researching the capabilities of all systems within and adjacent to the scope of our omnichannel ecosystem and upcoming roadmap
  • Providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions
  • Performing design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions
  • Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions
  • Advocating for process improvements and helping develop solutions
  • Regularly communicating new features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Providing technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contributing to proof-of-concept projects to validate your proposed solution
  • Reviewing and validating implemented solutions developed by other team members
  • Being able to work independently on a project but also collaborate with other solution architects and stakeholders to exchange information and expand overall knowledge in the practice
  • Managing time expeditiously in a fast paced, growing, and continuously changing environment. Be able to focus on delivery regardless of environmental distractions
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 7-10 years of professional solution architecture experience
  • 4+ years of digital marketing-specific experience
  • Product development experience required
  • Understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban Product Development Methodologies
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation software skills
  • Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
  • Skilled in guiding and training less experienced staff
  • Knowledge of and adherence to change control standards and procedures, problem resolution, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education
    • Degree in technology such as computer science, engineering, information technology, or similar strongly preferred
  • Experience and/or Training
    • Cloud computing platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), with hands-on experience in deploying and managing resources in a cloud environment
    • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, etc., demonstrating a level of experience in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, automating workflows, and optimizing customer engagement strategies
    • Proficiency in diagramming tools such as Miro, Gliffy, Draw.io, or similar, for creating clear and visually compelling representations of workflows, processes, and system architectures

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $190,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
