Lead Test Automation Engineer

We're hiring a Lead Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Cayce, SC, or Richmond, VA. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 50% onsite work required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of test automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA and Tricentis qTest
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and maintain reusable test assets, modules, and libraries
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to QA engineers and developers on TOSCA best practices
• Monitor and report on automation coverage, effectiveness, and ROI

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be able to work on a W-2
• 6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on test automation using Tricentis TOSCA
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of model-based testing and TOSCA architecture
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and version control systems (e.g., ADO, GitHub Enterprise)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Education/Certifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• TOSCA certifications (e.g., Automation Specialist, Test Architect) (preferred not required)

The hourly rate for this position is $44.87.
