RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
The Learning Experience Designer will transform how we design, deliver, and scale learning experiences at the company. They will play a critical part in sales enablement by designing scalable, innovative, and highly engaging solutions that empower employees to learn, apply, and create. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a deep understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and sales enablement strategies.

Responsibilities:
* Creating, managing and implementing blended learning experiences that drive knowledge retention, behavior change, and ROI
* Leverage a variety of learning modalities, including digital learning, immersive simulations, social learning, and AI-driven personalization, to create learning experiences that simulate real-life scenarios
* Reimagine traditional onboarding and training models to create a seamless, intuitive, and self-sustaining learning experience
* Develop frameworks and repeatable models that scale learning across the organization without additional headcount
* Work cross functionally to build self-service and in-the-flow-of-work learning solutions that empower employees to access knowledge at the right time
* Collaborate with the Tools and Technology teams to incorporate AI, automation, and data-driven insights to create adaptive learning experiences that evolve based on business needs
* Facilitate learning experiences as needed and develop strategies to scale facilitation through internal subject matter experts and peer networks
* Enable leaders and teams to take ownership of learning by providing toolkits, playbooks, and enablement resources
* Partner with business leaders, HR, and enablement teams to align learning solutions with strategic priorities
* Act as a thought leader in learning and development, influencing stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, enablement, or a related field
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavior change models, and instructional methodologies
* Proven ability to create engaging, scalable, and multi-modal learning experiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
