We are looking to add a talented Lincoln Sales Specialist to our team, this role with serve as the main contact for Lincoln Retailers (10 - 15 retailers) in a given geography. Key responsibilities are focused on dealership sales performance along with customer satisfaction, profitability, etc. You will conduct meetings with dealer leadership to create plans to impact change at the dealer level that will impact the retailer's and Lincoln's sales volume.

Candidates must either reside locally in Southern California or be willing to relocate.

What you will do...
  • Sales Performance: YOY Growth, Achieve Objective targets, Grow overall share
  • Monitor dealership financial performance
  • Go to Market Strategy support
  • Variable marketing support / strategy
  • Sales Customer Satisfaction strategy supporting NPS (Net Promoter Score) performance
  • New Vehicle Wholesale support
  • Assist retailers in facility support
  • EV sales and infrastructure support
  • Travel between Los Angeles and West Market Area


You'll have....
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar
  • 1+ year of experience with Sales, CX or FCSD Field experience.
  • Ability to accomodate local travel up to 75% and occasional overnight travel.
