Job Details
Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Server Engineer, responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and optimizing server environments across Linux platforms. This role focuses on performance monitoring, security compliance, and infrastructure automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze server workloads and utilization trends to optimize performance.
- Configure, test, and validate server hardware/software to meet specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to implement server solutions.
- Ensure audit compliance, security, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Maintain documentation and stay current with server technologies.
Required Skills & Technologies
- 6+ years in server infrastructure and operations
- Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Experience with Ansible, Bash/Perl/YAML scripting
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with infrastructure management and monitoring tools
- RAID storage and custom server configuration experience
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
