- Monday-Friday, 7:30a - 3:30p
- Daily Volume: 30 patients
- Location 3:
- 2 rooms, MAC
- 2 CRNA + 1 ANX MD
- Supervision model
- Monday-Friday, 7a-5p
- Daily Volume: 12 patients
- Location 4:
- 3 rooms (1 general ANX, 2 MAC)
- 2 CRNAs, + 1 ANX MD
