• Shift Schedule: MWF or Mon-Fri; 8 hrs/day - 3 or 5 days/week
• Call Schedule: 7 consecutive days/month; 24-hr call
• Call Ratio: 1:4
• Call Coverage: On-call while doing OP clinic work & have to go to hospital.
• Patient Volume:
• Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric
• % of Practice: 25% Hem, 75% Onc
• Physicians in Practice: PT Hem Onc, FT Breast Surgeon, FT Surgical Onco, 2 FT Radiation Onc.
• Duties: - Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests & Images and Prescribes.
• Required Procedures: - Chemo: Intracavitary-Intrapleural/Peritoneal, etc. - Chemo: Intrathecal, FNA/Biopsy & Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info: - Administration of Chemo: Nurse Onc - Do not do chemo in the center; It's 2 miles away in the OP infusion center. - A lot of Spanish-speaking patients; they have interpreters.

Requirements:

• Active MD License
• BC/BE
• MD DEA & CDS
• BLS or ACLS
• Local (highly preferred)
