Radiology Physician - Weekend Locums in California, No Call
Inpatient diagnostic Radiology shifts in Long Beach, California; weekends only, no call.
Highlights
- No call, no mammography, no overnights
- Choose your weekends; just 1+ per month
- 10-hour shifts Saturday and Sunday
- Fast credentialing in 30 days
Practice Setting
- Hospital-based radiology team
- Adult and geriatric population only
- EPIC charting system
- Onsite support from hospital staff
Schedule
- Weekends only: 8 AM - 6 PM
- 2 weekday training shifts required before start
- Ongoing coverage needed into 2026
Cases and Procedures
- Heavy CT and plain film reads, with some MRI and ultrasound
- No breast, cardiac, or nuclear medicine
- 150-180 RVUs per day on weekends
Requirements
- Board Certified in Radiology
- Active California license required
- BLS or ACLS and DEA required
