Job Description : Technical Program Manager (Japanese Fluent MUST)
Role Overview
PwC is looking for a Japanese-fluent Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology programs involving cross-functional and cross-border teams. This role requires strong coordination between technical teams and Japanese stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale technology programs (cloud, infrastructure, digital transformation)
- Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
- Act as the primary bridge between Japanese stakeholders and global technical teams
- Ensure milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Track dependencies, issues, and resolutions across multiple workstreams
- Prepare executive-level status updates and presentations
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Japanese (spoken & written) MUST
- 5+ years of experience in technical program / project management
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Experience managing global teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
