TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $84,800 - 127,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits

Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
Duties:
- \n
- Troubleshoots advanced mechanical and/or electrical breakdowns of machinery. \n
- Assists with preventative and emergency Maintenance program. \n
- Replaces parts (ex. Motors, drives) as required. \n
- Understands PLC programs for machinery including robots. \n
- Fabrication, mig, & tig welding is required. \n
- Provides technical support for maintenance department and engineering. \n
- Completes all work orders and repair logs to reflect work performed. \n
- Provides training to all maintenance personnel in areas of expertise as required. \n
- Follows all safety guidelines in working on machinery or in facilities (ex. Lock out/tag out). \n
- General housekeeping of work area. \n
- Other maintenance projects as assigned. \n
- Overtime may be required based on the needs of the business. \n
What your background should look like
- \n
- Requires a High School Diploma/GED and minimum 4 years of related experience or local equivalent.
- AA Degree in a related discipline or local equivalent and 7 years of related experience is preferred.
\n - 4+ years' experience in manufacturing in maintenance role working on hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical repair, motor controls systems. \n
- 1+ years' experience in heating/air conditioning and refrigeration based on work area assigned is a plus. \n
- Electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic, and mechanical blueprint reading skills required; experience reading blueprints from non-U.S. manufacturers preferred. \n
- Experience using micrometers, oscilloscopes, amp meters, gauges, rulers (metric and standard), shop equipment (drill press, milling machine, welding) \n
- Math skills (electrical wiring work requires use of decimals, percentages) \n
- Ability to prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties \n
- Must be proficient in the English language. \n
- Previous forklift, scissors lift, and boom license is preferred. \n
