MDM Platform Specialist / Lead Reltio with Life Science experience is a Must

Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12-24 Months

We are seeking an experienced MDM Platform Lead / Specialist to drive the end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) program using Reltio. This role will be responsible for advising stakeholders on MDM best practices, leading platform implementation and evolution, and ensuring high-quality, trusted master data across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate brings strong Reltio expertise, hands-on leadership in MDM programs, and experience within a Life Sciences ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in building a robust data foundation that enables advanced analytics and AI-driven initiatives, ultimately supporting better outcomes for patients globally.

Key Responsibilities

MDM Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end MDM program using Reltio, from design through implementation and ongoing optimization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders on MDM strategy, governance, and best practices
  • Define and evolve the MDM roadmap aligned with enterprise data and AI initiatives

Platform & Technical Execution

  • Own the Reltio platform architecture, configuration, and data model (Customer, Product, HCP/HCO, etc.)
  • Guide teams on data ingestion, matching, survivorship rules, data quality, and hierarchy management
  • Ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems (CRM, ERP, data lakes, analytics platforms)
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant MDM solutions

Governance & Quality

  • Establish and enforce data governance, stewardship, and quality frameworks
  • Collaborate with business data owners to define policies, metrics, and operating models
  • Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory and data privacy requirements

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Act as the primary MDM subject matter expert for internal teams and external partners
  • Mentor and guide MDM developers, analysts, and data stewards
  • Communicate program progress, risks, and value to executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with strong hands-on Reltio experience
  • Proven experience leading or owning enterprise-scale MDM platforms
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality management
  • Experience integrating MDM platforms with enterprise systems and cloud data ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with HCP/HCO, Product, or Customer master data domains
  • Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or data science enablement use cases
  • Experience working in hybrid or agile delivery models
