Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics 365 Engineer Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and customizing D365 CE solutions, integrating with external systems, and developing complex components to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration & Customization:
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules to align with business processes, including form modifications, workflows, and business rules.
  • Development & Scripting:
  • Develop JavaScript (JS) and C# code for client-side and server-side customizations, plugins, workflows, and custom actions.
  • External Integrations:
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems such as Exchange (Outlook, Teams) to enhance functionality and productivity.
  • Security & Compliance:
  • Work hands-on with security models, including security roles, field security, and access management to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Component Development:
  • Develop and deploy PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls, complex plugins, and custom actions to extend D365 capabilities.
  • Independence & Requirement Gathering:
  • Work independently to analyze business requirements, suggest solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Risk Management:
  • Proactively identify potential risks and communicate them timely to prevent issues during the development lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience with MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
  • Strong configuration and customization skills within D365 CE.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and C# development.
  • Hands-on experience integrating D365 CE with external systems like Exchange, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Deep understanding of security models, including role-based security and field-level security.
  • Experience with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) development.
  • Expertise in developing complex plugins and actions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver solutions on time.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
