Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Trainer
Location: Columbia, SC or NYC Hybride

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Trainer to deliver comprehensive training sessions on various modules of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, SCM, etc.). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 implementation and customization, and strong communication skills to effectively train end-users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs for Dynamics 365 users (functional and/or technical).
Customize training content based on audience needs.
Conduct live and virtual training sessions.
Provide post-training support and documentation.
Requirements:

4+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365.
Strong knowledge of one or more modules: Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain.
Prior training or coaching experience preferred.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
