Job Description:
Seeking a Solid MS Dynamics Functional Consultant to lead functional design, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives. Candidate must be local to Charlotte and able to work onsite in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and document functional requirements
• Work with business users to understand process gaps and recommend solutions
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
• Lead functional workshops and prepare functional design documents
• Support UAT, training, and production rollout
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
