Role: MS Teams Administrator with Enterprise Voice Expert
Location: Morrisville, NC (Onsite)
MS Teams expert who can conduct as Is studies of existing requirements, design future state solutions and help to transform the UCC solution around MS Teams.
Implementation & Support experience specifically in the area of M365, MS Teams, Enterprise Voice, Conferencing solution & ability to interact with the client to understand business requirement which will be both functional and technical.
8 to 10 years experience on Microsoft Teams with Enterprise Voice.
Experience on AudioCodes/Sonus Gateways/Downstream SBCs
Experience in Configuring, designing, Deployment and migrating Voice PBX to MS-Teams platform.
Experience and Knowledge on MS Teams Direct routing for Enterprise Voice
Knowledge on Bandwidth planning, optimal conferencing traffic, capacity, QOS.
Experience with Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing, Calling Plan, gateways, trunks, voice resiliency etc.
Design voice interoperability to PSTN, QoS implementation for conference and other applications and integration with 3rd party telephony environment.
Experience Teams Enterprise Voice troubleshooting (Gateways, SBAs, and complex issues)
Knowledge on Enterprise Voice feature Call Admission Control, Call Park, Media Bypass, and Auto attendant etc.
Experience of configuring and troubleshooting Dial Plans, Normalization Rules, routes, PSTN Usage, and Voice Policy
SIP, SIP Trunk integration, define outbound translation rules, inbound dial plan, SIP Call flow concepts, knowledge of call methods.
Knowledge on Call quality Dashboard Reporting and Management
Overview of integrating Video endpoints, Teams meeting rooms & Collaboration Bars configurations.
Understanding of response groups, Call queue, Auto Attendant, Dial by Extension, workflows, call routing methods.
Good knowledge on Active Directory & Domain Services, Certificate Authority
Knowledge on Windows, PowerShell & PowerShell Scripting
Coordinates with Customer staff to determine AV/V and basic infrastructure requirements for any new conference room or media design
Willing to take Initiatives and Automation for improving efficiency & productivity, able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to frequent changes and deliver the solution".
Knowledge on ITIL & Safe Agile framework like SLA management with detailed understanding on classification of (P1, P2, P3, P4) Incidents(tickets), Change management.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Experience on MS Teams, MS-Teams -EV & SBC/Gateways
o Support for Videoconferencing platform and experience including operation, call set-up and equipment troubleshooting (Cisco, Polycom, MS-Teams Live etc.)
o Proficient with Microsoft Teams & M365 admin portal Management.
o Knowledge of Teams Admin/Pro Portal functions and reporting, including telemetry data export and import to Power BI
o Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve Level 3 Incidents with probable solutions
o Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Endpoints & Physical Phone OEMs (AudioCodes/Yealink)
o Exposure on Microsoft Teams Rooms with enhanced collaboration (Surface Hubs/Content Cameras/collaboration displays)
