Job Details

Are you a technically savvy, client-facing professional with a strong background in servers, networking, and infrastructure? A growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in the Philly suburbs is looking for a MSP Client Coordinator to join their team onsite. This is a contract-to-hire role offering long-term growth within a stable and innovative IT services company. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical experience with ConnectWise, Windows-based environments, and core networking infrastructure, alongside excellent client relationship management skills.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years working in or with an MSP or IT services provider
  • Strong experience with ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, Control)
  • Proficient in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration
  • Hands-on experience with networking (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs)
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure monitoring and ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with server migrations or network redesign projects
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Exposure to ITIL processes or certifications
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks or compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.)
  • Previous experience with project coordination or account management
