Job Details
A fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) is looking for a Field Support Technician to provide onsite technical support across Colorado and nearby states. When not traveling, you'll work remotely from home. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and hands-on technical work in the field.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in an MSP or IT services role
- Strong Windows desktop/server and networking experience
- Proficient with ConnectWise or similar RMM/PSA tools
- Comfortable with regional travel and onsite client support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Office 365, Azure, or cloud tech exposure
- CompTIA or similar certifications
- Previous field or remote support experience
