RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote MaaS 360 MDM Specialist.
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MDM Specialist with expertise in Company MaaS360 and mobile operating systems to join our IT security team. This role is critical in ensuring the secure and efficient management of mobile devices across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and support Company MaaS360 and other mobile device management platforms
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MaaS360 and digital security systems
* Collaborate with end users and IT teams to address device-related concerns and ensure seamless operations
* Act as a subject matter expert in MDM, networking, and enterprise IT security
* Provide strategic recommendations to enhance digital security processes and infrastructure
REQUIREMENTS:
* Relevant MDM certifications are highly beneficial
* Familiarity with Company MaaS360 software and mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows)
* Strong understanding of networking and enterprise IT security principles
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred:
* Hands-on experience managing mobile devices in a corporate environment
* Experience implementing security best practices in mobile environments
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
