Position: Mainframe DB2 DBA with SQL Tunning
Location: Cincinnati, OH- Onsite
Hire Type: Contract(C2C/FTE)
Job Description:
- Proven experience as a DBA in a mainframe/Cloud environment (e.g., IBM z/OS, DB2).
- Strong proficiency in SQL tuning and query optimization techniques.
- In-depth understanding of relational database concepts and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with mainframe tools and utilities (e.g., BMC, CA Platinum, IBM utilities).
- Knowledge of JCL, COBOL, or other mainframe-related languages is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
