What You'll Be Doing

• Perform maintenance and repairs on aggregate processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and equipment status.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
