Maintenance Coordinator (2nd Shift) - Food Manufacturing
Title: Maintenance Coordinator - 2nd Shift/Food Manufacturing (1:30PM-10PM)
Location: Gloucester, MA - ON SITE ROLE
Salary: $90,000-$95,000/Year + Benefits
Requirements: 5+ Years in a Maintenance Role, Experience troubleshooting & past experience in a Manufacturing Environment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure the proper and timely completion of all scheduled and unscheduled machine repair activities.

- Coordinate the daily workload for 2nd Shift Process Technicians.

- Ensure that all the available maintenance resources are appropriately deployed to best support the operation.

- Schedule and execute a daily maintenance plan based on the production schedule and maintenance workload needs.

- Provide technical assistance and support to production management.

- Assist in training and development of Process Technicians.
What You Need for this Position
At least 5+ Years in a Maintenance Role, Experience troubleshooting & past experience in a Manufacturing Environment. Plus the following but not limited to:

- Manufacturing Experience
- CMMS
- Controls (Troubleshooting)
- Electrical Controls
- Maintenance Technician Experience
- Process Technician Experience
- Production in a Warehouse/Food/Beverage
