Job Description
We are seeking two Maintenance Helpers with experience in distribution or manufacturing facilities. This role involves assisting with various maintenance tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Use hand and power tools to make basic repairs on equipment such as push carts, ladders, racks, and conveyors.
- Assist in ongoing projects, including painting inside the warehouse and patching/sanding walls to prepare surfaces.
- Change out parts on various equipment, repair locks, and perform minor plumbing tasks like unclogging toilets.
- Ensure work areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with basic repairs as needed, with training provided for the right individual.
Essential Skills
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical issues.
- Experience in painting and preventive maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong mechanical inclination.
- Experience in a similar role within distribution or manufacturing facilities.

Work Environment
The role is based in a large, clean, and organized distribution center. Positions are available for 1st shift (6 AM to 3 PM) and 2nd shift (1 PM to 10 PM), Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
