Facilities/Telecom Planner
Location: Beaumont, TX (On-site, Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 12+ Months | Schedule: 5/8 with OT as needed
iSphere is seeking a Facilities/Telecom Planner for a long-term engagement with our client in Beaumont, TX. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of facilities maintenance, telecommunications, and planning and who knows their way around SAP like it s second nature.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee maintenance & reliability programs for facilities and telecom systems, including buildings, LAN, CCTV, access control, radios, and security systems.

Coordinate work orders and schedules with Operations, Facilities, and Maintenance personnel.

Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly look-ahead schedules, ensuring efficiency and cost control.

Create job packs and maintain detailed project and outage plans using planning software.

Provide technical support for CMMS modules and ensure proper work order documentation.

Identify material requirements and coordinate with vendors/supply chain as needed.

Assist in KPI development, reporting, and compliance tracking (with trend and variance analysis).

Support budget development, procedure writing, and training efforts as required.

Serve as a central point of contact for telecom/facility upgrades and planning initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
-
Education: High School Diploma or GED (Technical degree a plus)

Experience: 5+ years of maintenance experience using SAP S/4HANA in oil, gas, or petrochemical facilities.

Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and execution processes.

Working knowledge of network, security, and electrical systems.

Strong Microsoft Office skills; Primavera P6 or MS Project experience a plus.

Prometheus scheduling experience preferred.

Familiarity with scaffolding, welding, fabrication, machining, and other facility trades.

Pipeline facility and gas compression/metering experience preferred.
