As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide direct leadership and supervision for a team of three hourly maintenance technicians on the 2nd shift. You will mentor and coach your team, ensuring their professional development while providing technical knowledge in areas such as robotic welding, stamping/assembly, and mechanical press manufacturing. You will be responsible for performing department reporting for leadership teams, ensuring safety protocols are met, and supporting preventative maintenance projects and programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of three maintenance technicians on the 2nd shift.
- Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Provide technical expertise in robotic welding, stamping/assembly, and mechanical press manufacturing.
- Develop and train maintenance staff.
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, especially in industrial electricity.
- Conduct department reporting for leadership teams.
- Oversee shift changeover responsibilities within the department.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company expectations.
- Assist in 5S projects as necessary.
- Report directly to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.
- Support preventative maintenance projects and programs.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of Maintenance Supervision experience OR 3+ years as a Lead Maintenance Technician.
- Technical knowledge of presses, compressors, and/or chillers.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience with 480V 3 phase systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Maintenance Reporting Systems.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance on robotic/automation systems.
- PLC troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing.

Work Environment
You will work the 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM, typically starting 30-45 minutes early for shift changeover. Availability for weekends may be required for preventative maintenance projects. Our work environment is an automotive manufacturing setting with a focus on automation and robotics, as we are a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
