Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) - Food Manufacturing
Title: Maintenance Technician - Food Manufacturing (ASEPTIC)
Location: Viisalia, CA (93292)
Hourly: $31-$38 (Shift Difference)
Working Hours: 10PM-6:30AM
What You Will Be Doing
- Troubleshoot & maintain plant machinery i.e. mixers, conveyors, compressors, motors & pumps
- Troubleshoot or replace electrical control devices i.e. switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters as needed
- Troubleshoot or replace hydraulic, pneumatic & basic electrical power components
- Troubleshoot & repair equipment by utilizing PLCs (Allen Bradley) & other multiple automated control systems
- Use RS Logix & the ability to read ladder logic
- Perform work order repairs, inspections & adjustments along with/ preventative maintenance
- Work closely with/ production & refrigeration personnel to resolve plant & process problems
- Assist management in developing SOPs & duty cycles for repairs & maintenance
- Interpret specifications, schematics, operating & maintenance manuals
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years as a Maintenance Technician (ideally in the food & beverage manufacturing space)
- Strong experience with ASEPTIC PROCESSING
- Experience using electrical meters, maintenance tools & MS Office
- Electrical, PLC, pneumatic & mechanical skillset
