Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery. This role ensures the optimal performance of equipment through proactive and reactive maintenance strategies, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery.
  • Cut, shape, and assemble metal fabrication components.
  • MIG, TIG, and stick welding for structural and equipment repairs.
  • Troubleshoot basic wiring, circuits, and relay for low voltage electronics.
  • Repair industrial pumps, cylinders, and control systems.
  • Interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
  • Experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair.
  • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with low voltage systems and maintenance practices.
