Maintenance Technician

Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Houston, TX 77293
Salary: $25 - $30/hour

Founded in 1999, we are a manufacturer specializing in eco-friendly wooden pallets, custom packaging solutions, and industrial lumber products. We operate the world's only LEED-certified pallet manufacturing facility, designed from the ground up for energy efficiency and precision automation. As we continue to grow, our Houston facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain high-speed production equipment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead proactive preventive and predictive maintenance using CMMS
  • Support automation systems, including PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics
  • Fabricate parts, fixtures, and improvements for equipment and facilities
  • Maintain organized tools, parts inventory, and a safe, clean shop

What You Need for this Position

  • 2+ years of experience in an industrial technician position
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • PLC/robotics experience
