Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and assist in the installation and repair of various industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems as needed.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
  • Perform routine inspections and diagnostics to identify mechanical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs conducted.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve equipment functionality.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and practices.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
