RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Burlington, MA that is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Salesforce & Manufacturing ERP to lead our global analytics and reporting function. With a lean but capable team, this role is ideal for an experienced BI leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is passionate about building a modern, insights-driven data culture.
Position Summary:
In this role, you will lead efforts to design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong technical foundation in SQL and ERP systems, combined with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate complex insights in a clear, actionable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support reporting and analytics needs
* Manage and optimize Oracle SQL packages for data processing and integration
* Oversee system integrations, leveraging tools such as Boomi (experience a plus)
* Administer and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements
* Support and enhance Shopify integrations for e-commerce operations
* Ensure ERP systems are effectively utilized, with a strong focus on MRP and financial modules
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify BI opportunities and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency
* Drive automation initiatives and establish standardized procedures for reporting and analytics
* Provide analytical insights to support sales and marketing strategies
* Maintain compliance with industry standards; Experience in medical device environments is a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or related roles
* Proven track record of managing BI projects and cross-functional collaboration
* Experience with Oracle SQL packages
* Familiarity with system integration platforms (Boomi experience preferred)
* Salesforce administration and configuration expertise
* Shopify platform experience
* Solid understanding of ERP concepts, including MRP and Finance
* Strong SQL query development and optimization skills
* Medical device industry experience is advantageous
Preferred Qualities:
* Creative problem-solving in dynamic, evolving environments
* Strong internal customer focus and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
* Analytical mindset with emphasis on sales and marketing data
* Process-oriented with a focus on automation and efficiency
* Ability to distill and communicate complex technical information to non-technical users
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
