At Flowise, our team is dedicated to simplifying the creation of AI solutions. Our low-code platform makes it easy to build powerful chatbots and autonomous agents. By abstracting complex frameworks into intuitive visual components, we enable users to create sophisticated AI workflows without extensive coding knowledge.

About the Role
We are growing and looking for a Manager of Software Development Engineering to join our team. In this role, you'll bring together and mentor a team of talented engineers with various backgrounds and skills. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Design to maintain and expand our solutions. Your leadership will be vital in achieving our ambitious goal of delivering outstanding AI at scale.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience in management roles
Other Qualifications
- Change to Extensive experience in building and operating products at scale (AWS, Node, Typescript ecosystem preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices (devops, automated testing, observability, etc)
- Full-stack generalist able to and interested in helping your team achieve its goals, including hands-on contributions (not an ongoing expectation, but may be necessary during early team assembly)
- Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments
- Highly effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Eager to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research
